Recommendation for person to walk through property

Hello everyone. I'm looking to order on a deal in 44110.
I am out of state and I'm looking for recommendation for someone in the area who is knowledgeable enough to check out the property for a rental. Condition, systems, the area etc. someone who can see red flags.

Realtor, contractor property manager etc. I am obviously willing to compensate for time and knowledge.

You'll probably get a lot more eyes on this if you hit words like Cleveland and Ohio.

That should do it for ya :-)
