Hi,

I’m evaluating a few multi-family properties (2-4 units) in Akron, Ohio. I’m an out-of-state investor looking for real estate agents and property management company contacts. Also, if you can provide your feedback on which specific area to avoid or which area to target?

Please recommend if you have any good references.
