Subject To Deals Attorney

Hello,

I am about to do my first Subject To deal in Pittsburgh. I structured the deal with the seller where I will take over their current loan payments to take advantage of his lower interest rate and I will come to closing with enough cash to represent his equity.

I am looking for an attorney in the Pittsburgh market who has experience doing these types of deals for clients. Anyone have any referrals?

Thanks
