Real estate agent looking for private lending for personal real estate investments.

I am a real estate agent in Lexington, SC and have 2 duplexes in Los Angeles, 5 unit apartment in Florida, and 2 SFR in Lexington, SC all running in the black, and am looking to add more units to my portfolio. Interest rates are making it tougher to find deals that cash flow. I'm looking for a lower than market interest rate, five year loan amortized over 30 years.
