Searching for CPA

Hi BP Community,

Based in Seattle, WA I went through a messy breakup that got me started on my real estate investment journey with a LTR in Lake Stevens, WA.

I was hoping for referrals/recommendations on a CPA to help me through the my financials, real estate investment process/tax breaks, and future investment plans (I'm looking to save to build a single family vacation home that could double as an STR on a land that my family owns in Ocean Shores, WA and hopefully more in the far future).

I also have 1 other friend that is renting out rooms in her primary home and is looking for a CPA to help with taxes/understanding tax breaks.

Appreciate any recommendations!
