50k needed to complete cabin build in RRG
Hello I and my wife are building short term rentals in an up and coming market of Red River Gorge Campton KY. We are seeking PML or HML to loan of 50,000$ to complete a custom window project. Will refi in October to pay back money lender so turn around time will be quick.
Our current loan amount is 260k. Pre build appraisal is 335k. So we anticipate equity to pay back money lender upon refi.
We are doing two more builds on acres we own so would like a long term relationship with money lender on new construction.
Thanks!

Sounds like a fun project but $50K for a window project seems pretty steep. This must be something extremely custom but I would look at maybe trying to bring that cost down. Also, windows can be really tough right now especially something very custom. You probably already know that though.
To answer your question though this seems more like a bridge loan product since you already have the property purchased and in construction. You could go that route, look an unsecured LOC, or a personal loan. Those seem in line with what you are trying to accomplish. You can DM me and I can send you a few routes depending on what you are really looking for. This would be more along the lines of HML loans not PML though so the terms are expensive for something so short term.
