Due Diligence when Wholesaling

Hey everyone! My Partner and I are starting to wholesale in other states like TN, NC, and FL! We have been putting in offers to homes on the MLS (our focus). But when we put them in we keep on getting asked for the DD or the Due Diligence. We are not sure what to do about this or what this could be. We have been looking everywhere online for tips and advice but haven't found anything. I thought that we should make a post about it. We are looking for some advice or tips on how to go about doing this when we wholesale in other states.
