Looking for a Tax Consultant / CPA that specialized in international structures

Hi All

We are wanting to invest in US real estate and are needing to get advice on what structure / company form would work best for us from a cost and tax perspective. We have existing companies in Mauritius and Hong Kong. The capital for the purchases will flow form these two companies. If anyone has any advice or can recommend someone it would be greatly appreciated.
