Looking for syndication recommendations

I'm an investor that is looking for recommendations for a good syndicator.  Who out there has invested their money in a deal and had a positive experience with a particular syndication?  Would you share details about your experience?  The categories I'm most interested in are mobile home parks, multi-family, parking garages, self-storage.

Plenty of great sponsors here on BP.  I suggest connecting with 3-5 groups, get on a call with them, vet their track record, review their deals, invest with the one you like the best/has the best deal.
