Realtor and lawyer needed for investor in Arkansas

Hello BP community,

I'm from Russellville, AR and just starting out with building a real estate business with my wife. I already have an established relationship with a small bank willing to work with investors. Financing won't be an issue, we can close for sure. As a start, we plan to acquire at least 2 investment properties this year and at least 4 next year. Mostly focusing on STRs for now.

At the moment looking to build a reliable team including a realtor(s) serving various parts of AR, most notably NW Arkansas, the Buffalo River and White River areas and also the Hot Springs market. We already found some properties for sale with interesting numbers, so help would be needed ASAP with possibility of a quick close.

Also would need an experienced real estate focused lawyer either from Arkansas, or if not, at least sufficiently familiar with any potential state related peculiarities.

Any recommendation would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @Zoltan V.. My team and I can help with only the NWA market... I don't really sell much by the buffalo, but I think that is a great destination location for STR's. I go there at least 4 times a year.
