Highly skilled Contractor / Builder - Willing to travel; looking to syndicate

Hey gang,

I've been in the construction business for almost twenty years now, and am currently living in Germany. I travel anywhere in the world for interesting jobs and opportunities! I grew up in California and spent most of my professional life in NYC. I was a licensed contractor there for about ten years, where I performed around 10 mil in residential and commercial construction. I built bars, cafes, galleries, and restored about 60 'tenement' apartments. I just finished a 300K kitchen remodel in Los Angeles, and am currently finishing out a natural swimming pool custom build in Leipzig, Germany. I have also just completed a beautiful coffee 'rosterei' in Berlin. No job is too small, but I really like to suss out the more creative aspects of the business. I am capable of general electric, general plumbing, framing, roofing, you name it, I can do it! I currently hold a B-2 license in California, and also held Real Estate licenses in CA and NY. I am very familiar with all aspects of Real Estate as well, as the two businesses sort of go hand in hand.

Ideally I would be looking to syndicate on a project, preferably multifamily. I am willing to perform all types of renovation for FREE, in exchange for equity in projects. I am willing to fly anywhere in the USA or elsewhere. Again, I have numerous photos, references, etc. from dozens and dozens of owners, former business partners, etc.

Any questions, please ask!
