I've been a BP member for a couple of years now. I've stayed anonymous because, until yesterday, I worked for a law firm and didn't want to risk any appearance of offering legal advice on behalf of the firm. But I have now left the firm to start a real estate brokerage.

I've been investing in single family rentals in Oklahoma City for 8 years. I've learned a tremendous amount from BP over the last couple of years, and now I am offering to help some of you: If anyone in Oklahoma needs form documents (leases, etc.), email me. I'm happy to share. I can also help with forming entities, reviewing contracts and answering real estate or business-related legal questions. If you can keep it under a couple of hours, I'll call it a free consultation and won't charge you (I'm reserving the right to revoke this offer if/when I get busier).

I graduated law school in 2004, and after a brief stint as a litigator, have focused on corporate work and mergers and acquisitions. I am now working full time at growing my real estate brokerage - adding listings and recruiting agents. So far, I have managed to get my wife to come on board (she was with Keller Williams).
