Contractor and Inspector South Western KC Metro

Hello, my wife and I just put in an offer on our deal!

It is a potential BRRRR in Ottawa, KS. I am coming here to ask if anyone has any home inspectors and investor friendly contractors in the Overland Park/Olathe/Gardner area that they could recommend?

We would like to walk the property with the home inspector and contractor within the next week (before 8/4). Thank you in advance and wish us luck!
