Hello - I'm a 1st time BRRRR investor looking to connect with investment-focused realtors in the Baltimore area. The "Build Your Team" function here directs me to just one realtor who has not been responsive, so I'm making this post to connect with realtors more broadly.

As an investor, I continuously evaluate properties and have lined up some listings I'd like to visit this weekend (7/22/23). A bit short notice, but if you're available and willing to work with a first-timer, I'd love to connect and work together.
