Looking for a credit union or local lender that works with RE investors Tallahassee

Hi all, 

I will be moving to Tallahassee to continue my real estate journey! I bought and rehabbed a small multi in Philly. I operate it as a STR and it has been very successful CoC over 30% for example. I'm in the process of selling it and using the proceeds to invest in FL. I'm looking to buy a few SFH operate them as LTRs. Does anyone have any recommendations for lender contacts in the area? Preferably, a credit union that works with small RE investors. I've calling several CUs but its been hard to get connected with a person.
