Seeking Honest Deal Finders in Greater Houston for MTR

I recently moved from Austin to Houston and re-starting my investing here. Seeking reputable, honest bird dogs, wholesalers and investor agents to build my deal pipeline for below-market small SFR deals in downtown MedCenter AND Woodlands/Shenandoah/Conroe MedCenter areas for BRRRRing with MTR's, so if HOA must be okay w/30+ day rentals (not STR). Ready to pay top dollar for top talents with good integrity.
