I'm in the process of transitioning 10 properties in the Tacoma/Bellevue/Seattle area from long-term rentals (LTR) to short-term rentals (STR), and I'm on the lookout for a proficient local co-manager. The portfolio comprises a blend of multi-unit residences and upscale single-family homes.
