Searching for Bank Recommendations

A little background: I'm a new investor, moving to the Albuquerque area this month to study at the University. My plan is to buy a house hack this winter. 

Do you have any recommendations for investor-friendly banks in the area or have any recommendations as far as loan programs go within those banks? I appreciate any advice or tips you may have to point me in the right direction.
