Looking for landscaper and maintenance services

I’ve recently purchased a multi family in Springfield within the forest park neighborhood. I’m not from the area nor live in the area so, I’m trying to build a network of contacts to assist in maintaining the property. 

Does anyone have contacts for landscaping and handyman services. Im in need of some assistance.
