Section 8, Tenant Occupied, For Sale?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a realtor who deals with Section 8.  I’d like to invest in properties which are already Section 8, with tenants already in place. 

Can anyone direct me to a realtor who specializes in these types of properties?
