Palm Beach County agents looking for investors to buy properties we have contracts on

My wife and I are Realtors and have a listing we haven't put up on MLS yet. It's a single family home in West Palm Beach that would only be viable for investors. I am new to BP and want to know if I am allowed to market the house here. Also, is there a forum where I can meet investors in Palm Beach County. We are working probate leads and distressed properties and only have a few investors we can offer these properties to. We would like to have more options to build an investor portfolio, and hopefully, offset the lower asking prices by double-ending the transactions. Any advice for a noob on the site is helpful. Thanks!
