Property Management for Medium Term Rental - Anchorage AK

We've recently completed the renovation of a condo in the downtown area and furnished it in anticipation of my parents staying in it for the summers/holiday times. Due to unexpected heath complications, they won't be able to visit this summer and future visits will be dictated by ongoing health updates. Building has a 30+ day rental expectation, so it can't be a STR. It was suggested I come here and see if anyone has recommendations for a management company who would be interested in managing a medium term rental that will be available at least this summer and fall. Everyone I've called so far wants to either do only str or long term.

Any property managers who take on furnished medium term rentals?
