Owner in Miami looking for agents to show rental property- not looking for PM

Hi all!
A friend is looking for some help with placing a tenant in his Miami rental property. We are looking for an agent who can help tour the property, the owner is not looking for a PM.
Let me know if there are recommended real estate agents or other resources. Considered Showdigs as well... Thanks!
