Looking for a CPA in Pierce County Washington Area

Hello! 

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I am looking for a CPA in my area who can help me tax strategize via short-term rentals and other real estate investing. I am in the process of closing on my first home (in Orting Washington), and I intent to "house hack" it by living in the basement, and putting the main house on airbnb. I would like to speak about strategies with this, upgrades that would be beneficial (for tax and cashflow purposes), cost segregation, etc. 

I ideally want someone in my area, or at least in Washington State, because they likely will be more familiar with local rules, the local market, and other things that might be helpful. I also would love the opportunity to meet in-person now and then, as opposed to a purely online setup. I am willing to look at any pay structure to get the help I need.

I have read that information on this may have to go to my personal messages as opposed to the public forum, so I will be looking in both places for information.
