Looking for a CPA with investor experience that can help guide me. I have just bought my first multi-family back in my hometown of Philadelphia and it is now time to file taxes. Can you guys recommend anyone in either Philadelphia or Miami-Dade areas?

 Hey Raul, they wouldn't need to be based in any particular city to be able to help you. @Jeff Nash might be one guy you'd want to speak to and he is based in TX.
