Investment Property in Elizabeth City, NC

I am interested in investing in a small property that I can put a little work into and rent out specifically in Elizabeth City, NC. I am currently in NC but I live in a different city. Are there any agents in or near Elizabeth City, NC who can help me find foreclosed and/or off-market properties, preferably single family homes. I can be available to look at properties as long as I know a day or so ahead of schedule so that I can schedule it on my work calendar.
