Hello, I've got a listing in Dallas TX. Works great as a buy and hold for good cash flow. Main house is 3 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms. Guest house has a separate entrance and is 1 bed/ 1 bath with its own kitchen and living space. Both units were remodeled in 2020. See website for pictures and more information.
