Looking for properties, owner financing, and/or mentor in Upstate/Finger Lakes region

Hi everyone, I'm a new member, though I have been following BiggerPocket for years (on YouTube mostly).  I'm  looking to connect with real estate investors in the Finger Lakes/Upstate NY area for information, leads, properties, and/or financing options.  I'm not sure what to expect on this forum, but I would be interested in connecting with people in the area, with info pertaining to this area.  If any landlord is interested in selling, please also get in touch.  Thank you!
