Going to keep this short & sweet.  
I'm running a small wholesaling business that is ramping up lead generation and getting more deals in the pipeline, and we're looking for quality cash buyers in the area. Currently averaging about 3 deals a month with varying levels of rehab and looking to scale up. Have a deal currently in the 20020 zip code, but operate throughout the DC-MD-VA area.
