GC Recommendation (Seattle, WA)

Posted

Does anyone have a GC that they've enjoyed working with on any multifamily renovation projects? My project is in the Seattle area so please only give me names of local guys.

I've got an old (1989) 7-unit apartment building that I need to execute my value-add strategy on. It will be mostly interior work (only repainting exterior) and the average unit size is about 800 SF.  I found a GC that I was working with prior to closing the deal so that I could get some reliable cost estimates for my underwriting.  Unfortunately, the last GC had stolen my phone when I met with him last (lol that's a story...) so I'm looking for someone else.

I'm in commercial real estate but specialize in office and retail, so all of the good contractors I that I know, will not do the projects for a reasonable price.

Thanks ahead of time for any good recommendations. I really appreciate the help!
