Hello all,

I am a currently an acquisition and development analyst with Toll Brothers Apartment Living working towards my passion of real estate investing. I have a decent knowledge base of real estate investing, and understand what investors are looking for. I’d love to work with investors in the single family, and 2-4 unit residential property arena as an agent.

However, I have not transacted as an agent before, only as a part of commercial real estate deals as an acquisition analyst.

I have about 7 years of real estate experience, my first two years were in student housing property management in college, and the other 5 have been as an analyst/associate in multiple facets of commercial real estate.

I am looking to join a brokerage or team that I can learn under in the Orange County, CA area and help someone save time on all the boring work that comes with transactions in exchange for visibility and learning.
