Looking to purchase a complex in Indy - 1M-5M budget

Hello friends, I and my two partners are seeking a deal with a total budget of between one million to five million dollars.

We are looking for complexes that require renovation in developing areas with good schools in the area.

The range is several tens of units. We would be happy to receive proposals for potential complexes for sale.

We buy in cash.
