Property Management Groups near Yucaipa, Calimesa, Beaumont, Redlands, Hemet Area

Posted

Hi,

I am reaching out to the Bigger Pockets community in the hopes of getting connected with different property management groups in Riverside County, more specifically in the Yucaipa, Calimesa, Beaumont, Redlands, and Hemet areas.

Context: My parents will be inheriting 2 single-family homes, and a multi-family property (I think it's 5 or 6 units). I just finished reading The Book on Rental Property Investing and have started reading The Book on Managing Rental Properties: A Proven System for Finding, Screening, and Managing Tenants with Fewer Headaches and Maximum Profits. Immediately, the first thought that came to mind was how can I help them create the best system and help set them up for long-term success. The properties are currently professionally managed but my parents are not satisfied with the management and think it would be best to research other property management groups in the surrounding area and transfer services. They've expressed that communication, transparency, and meeting deadlines as qualities that are important to them.

Why: I would like to not have my parents deal with the day-to-day stress and overwhelming feeling of managing several properties. I'd like for them to be able to enjoy their time and focus on their health. Admittedly, my dad is pretty resourceful and quite the handyman, so he probably would still like to take care of some of the repairs and renovations from time to time.

My Ask: Can I get recommendations of property management groups people have used or have heard about which operate in the areas that I mentioned above? I'm not sure if any property management groups offer bookkeeping services but that would be a nice added bonus if there are any that do.

Thank you!
