I am searching for a private money lender interested in lending on construction costs for a fixed return. There is room in my deal for a fixed return of between 15-25%. 

Looking for $1,000,000 to fund construction costs. Not upfront. Construction costs will be tracked on a time and material basis and shown for each dispersement. 

Payback period will be between 8-12 months - 12 months max.
