Looking for recommendations for a bank that will provide a HELOC on an investment property with two years worth of Airbnb investment income.

We are seeing an inordinate amount of posts on BP for HELOC's on investment properties. Assume they do not exist. Lenders have seriously tightened their belts. Those that say they have them, be careful of scams!

Your options will be to refinance or look to exit the asset if its because of needing liquidity.
