Investor friendly real estate agent for a STR in Miami, FL

Hello!

I currently live in Miami, FL and will be moving in a few months. Before moving, I'd like to buy a property that can be used as a STR and also use it as a place to stay in the future as I will be coming around 3 months/year and need that flexibility.

If you have any recommendations/feedback that would be greatly appreciated, as well as any recommendations for a trustworthy investor-friendly agent who can help me not only find the place but also guiding me through the process as this would be my first STR.
