Looking for Experienced General Contractor for Property Rehab in Killeen/Temple Area

Hi BP Community,

My name is Jared Meyers and I'm a real estate investor based in the central TX area. I currently own a duplex property in Killeen and I'm looking to expand my portfolio by purchasing more homes in need of renovation in the Killeen/Temple area.

To do this, I'm in the process of searching for a reliable and experienced general contractor who can handle full property rehabs and manage everything involved in renovation. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who has a track record of successful projects with investors.

The properties I am looking for are single-family homes, and I'm looking for someone who can handle everything from demo and framing to electrical and plumbing work, as well as finishing work like flooring, painting, and trim. I'd also like someone who is experienced in project management and can keep everything on schedule and within budget.

If anyone has any recommendations or knows of a contractor who fits this description and has experience working in the Killeen/Temple area, please let me know! Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!
