First offer accepted, cannot find funding in Chicago

Hello!

I recently got my first fix & flip property under contract in Cook County/Chicago, zip code is 60526. From the discussions I've had with hard money lenders, I can't seem to get funding for this house or any house in that zip code. The lenders that work in Cook County won't do deals with me because of experience, and the lenders that will lend to me can't do any deals in Cook County. I am looking for a rehab/fix & flip loan.

Does anyone have Hard Money or Private Lenders to recommend?

I have already spoke with - Renovo, Temple View Capital, Easy Street Capital, Lima One, and Asset Based Lending (abl1)

Thanks
