First time investing in Multi-Family

Hi All -New to the BiggerPockets fam. My name is Oliver and I’m looking to buy my first investment property. I’m currently living in Los Angeles and going to move to Athens (or the surrounding area), Georgia by the end of the year. My focus is house hacking and investing in duplexes. I want to receive cashflow and be able to scale in the within 5 years. I wanted to know if anyone knows any good lenders, contractors, and realtors in the Georgia area?
