Looking for a trusted PM

I'm looking for a great PM company in the St Pete area.  I have called upon a local long term family owned company but their sense of communication doesn't mean much as after calls and texts no responses have been received.  I need a piece of property that I can put cash into in the area.  Multi family would work well.  I've tried looking for other PM's in the area  but just going on the rating on line don't seem promising.
