Prop Manager recommendations in Dayton, OH
I have a SFH in Dayton that the tenants moved out on 2/1, which I knew was going to have some repairs to get back up and running... PM did walk through on 2/3 but did not send me report until 2/23 and could not give me a quote on repairs until 3/2 after several requests. This is a C class neighborhood and in the time frame it's been vacant I had a squatter staying in the basement during this time. I received a bill for $300 for gas from Feb, and the repairs still have not started (it's just painting and some minor hardware).
Should I hold the PM responsible for the $300 gas bill? Or should I simply cut bait and find a better PM that actually will look out for my investment?
Any Prob manager recommendations in the Dayton/ Columbus area are welcome. Thank you

I agree with Remington here, you should considering hiring a new PM for your property as it seems they are not good at what they do.
