I am buying a single family rental home in Melissa,TX. I am looking for property management recommendations to manage my property. Does anyone have any experience with a good property management, please advice.

Pick up Avery's book, "Short Term Rental, Long Term Wealth" and take a look into self-managing your own property!  You will save a lot of money from not paying management percentages.
