Property managers in Huntsville/ Decatur

Looking to build out a team in the Huntsville to Decatur area. I am looking for a manager that is an investor and understands the the specific needs of one. Contacts with reputable contractors are a must. Looking to begin a BRRRR campaign in the area to bring the ugly homes in the nicest neighborhoods back to life. A rockstar PM is a must for this and I am looking for the best.
