New to Investing in/near Pensacola!

Hi everyone! 

I wanted to introduce myself because I'm moving to Pensacola this week and I couldn't be more excited! 

I've been an investor/agent in Tennessee for the last two years, and now expanding my business to Florida. I'm looking to purchase some investment properties this year in/near Pensacola (will look at Navarre, FWB, Gulf Breeze, Perdido Key, Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, PCB). I'm interested in small multi-family properties (2-5 units) and single-family properties for short, medium & long-term rentals. 

I'd love to make some connections with local investors, agents, wholesalers, etc.
