Hi, I am currently a SFH rental owner in Salisbury, MD, but am looking to expand to a more growing market, such as Akron, OH. I was wondering if anyone can recommend me a reputable Real estate agent who is used to working with investors? Any info would help me greatly. Thank you!

    At his level and experience with the city. He needs a realtor. Or He may get tricked, like so many other good investors.

    @Leonard Rybak - Definitely get a local. even if you buy a wholesale property, a realtor is critical.
