Hello, I have the opportunity to buy a PUD in Oldsmar (Tampa suburb). 3+2, 1450'. It's in need of mid-level renovation to get it to market for sale or LTR. I'm looking for a great project manager or an investor that wants to get some more experience that can be the boots on the ground for me. I'm looking for someone who is a great communicator, willing to check in daily with me, check on the project during different contractors, help get bids, etc. Would start later this month.
