Looking for Realty agent to find a house in Atlanta, Georgia

Hello! My name is Yuran, and I am based in South Korea and soon to be relocated (with my partner) to Atlanta. He is doing a PhD program at Georgia Tech from August. I have come across "The book on Rental Property Investing" by Brandon Tumer, and I decided to post here as he advised in the book. 

At the moment, we are browsing Zillow, Trulia and other apps with this filters: 

- located in Atlanta (midtown preferred or northern side from Georgia Tech)

- Price range : $200,000 to $350,000

- Desired purchase period: 2023 April to August

- House type: any without HOA, but detached wall is preferred

- Purpose of purchase: 1. Monthly rent investment, 2. living

- Status: foreigners


We are planning to do house hacking, therefore, we need someone with investor mindset to help us. My partner and I are working currently and together we make $76,074 annually. We have a realty in South Korea as a rental investment, and we briefly understand what realty investment is.  We hope to find a local realtor in Atlanta. Thank you for reading!
