Tiny Home on Wheels

Joe Yuhas
Posted

I have a brand new tiny home on wheels that was just built and delivered to a rental property of mine in Tampa FL. Unfortunately, the builder I used is unfamiliar with the Tampa area and did not know about certain building codes when it comes to tiny homes on wheels. Long story short-he mostly builds for people in Pasco and Pinellas Counties where the codes are slightly different and now I either have to spend a few more thousand dollars or try and sell it. Yes, this was my fault in not doing enough research of the area and what they allow. Is there anyone in the Tampa area looking to purchase something like this? I can provide photos when requested. Please text me if really interested.

What are those specific code differences that make this unusable in Hillsborough vs Pinellas or Pasco?

Main difference is it can not be on wheels
