Hi all, 

Out of state investor here. I own 4plex in Elyria, OH, already has PM in place but entertaining the idea of self managing. I am looking for a handyman who can be my representative on grounds. I also would need recommendations on software to use for self managing (rent collection, advertising, background check, etc...).

Anyone who invest in that region would have any recs I would highly appreciate.
