Hi, I'm located in Missoula, Montana.

I have a nonprofit that specializes in services & Home Healthcare for a variety of demographics.

Currently I am seeking a 2 bathroom house that can comfortably house 3 clients who require 24/7 care & supervision.

So 3 clients & up to 3 staff members all day & atleast 1 during the night.

Are there any investors in the area that will rent for Group Homes?

We are looking for other properties as small as 2 bed & up to 6 bed.

Prefer 3-5 year leases.
